Our great passion for good food and a healthy life drives us to invest our humble savings of half a million dollar into the production of fish sauce and soy sauce in Sydney since 2018.
We have combined traditional fermentation techniques from our Asian elders together with Ph.D biology research to create the best sauces for our customers.
Our production facilities are well-equipped with the best German, U.S & Italian equipment to ensure the most hygienic food products.
Our products are bottled in high quality made-in-Australia glass bottles, which are packed by Australian-produced carton boxes.
Our food materials are 99.9% Australian ingredients, either they are grown in Australia or wild caught in Australia.
We are operating in Sydney under the food production license by NSW Food Authority and under the HACCP Program.
